Foreigners are not welcome. Basically we hate you here and it is danger for you to walk around. Perhaps I just saved you from visiting doctor to heal your broken ribs or penis ))
Well.. i must say that I love this city and I am planning to live here for long time. I can understand that tourist are not very welcome... I just asked in a polite way help... nothing more. I am not here to declare war to anybody or to argue with you about your pint of view on me..
