Also also also realtors in Latvia are totally unregulated and usually assholes, you dont want to work with them (unless u like to get fucked...), basically they'll charge you huge commision...to avoid wasting your time and nerves, always ask beforehand and, if possible, try to break through to owner/manager of apartment/building in question...

I need to find some short-term rent for at least 2 months. I was finding on few apps but the price not really ideal, and other good apartments doesn't have short-term option. Is there any local website or ideas do you have?
Local craigslist is ,s*s*.l*v (no asterix), site has no English, though, so, probably no use for you.... Obviously short term is more expensive (>30/day,>350/Month) so u might as well try ur luck with hostels or airbnb... If you decide to pursue aforementioned site, you are looking for keywords "īstermiņa īre", something like this:
Also there is reklama.lv and groups on Facebook, but I doubt youll get anything much cheaper than 30/day...
On second thought, there is this app "telegram", with channel for local hookers, I bet they could help out their collegue...
